Thank you for your interest in attending a meal at The Ashlar Club. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you carefully read our terms and conditions:

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you—the person purchasing the tickets to attend The Ashlar Club’s meal events. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’, and similar terms will refer to the organisers of meals held by The Ashlar Club.

By purchasing, allocating, or possessing tickets for a meal held by The Ashlar Club, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have issues with any clauses or disagree with the risk allocations outlined here, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Please note that The Ashlar Club reserves the right to revise and amend the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, theashlarclub.co.uk.

Ticket Price

The price of each meal ticket is £85, which is non-negotiable. Please note that £5 of each ticket price is donated to The Ashlar Club’s nominated charity for the relevant year.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Right to Cancel Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order for tickets within 14 days of purchase. However, if the event is scheduled to take place within 14 days of your purchase, this right to cancel does not apply. In such cases, you will be purchasing the ticket with the understanding that cancellation is not possible, except under certain circumstances outlined below.
  2. Revocation of Tickets The ticket you purchase grants you the right to attend the relevant meal at The Ashlar Club. This right may be revoked at any time at the discretion of The Ashlar Club, provided such revocation occurs before the event. If we cancel the event or your ticket, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Event Cancellations In the rare event that a meal hosted by The Ashlar Club is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, etc.), we will offer one of the following options:
    • Reschedule the event for a later date, or
    • Issue a full or partial refund of the ticket price, or
    • Provide a comparable alternative (e.g., a future meal or a voucher).
    If the event is canceled for reasons outside our control, we may not offer refunds. However, we will do our best to accommodate affected attendees.
  4. No Refund for Non-attendance If you are unable to attend the meal for any reason, including delays, weather-related issues, personal emergencies, or venue issues, we are not obligated to offer a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule your attendance at a future meal.
  5. Rescheduling of Events If a meal of The Ashlar Club is rescheduled, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, we will notify you of the new date and time, and you may attend the rescheduled event or request a ticket for a different meal, subject to availability.
  6. Refunds on Cancellation If an event is completely canceled and no alternative or rescheduled event can be provided, we will offer a refund for the face value of the ticket(s), excluding any service fees. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Any fluctuations in foreign exchange rates at the time of refunds will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  7. Final Sale All ticket sales are deemed final once purchased. There will be no returns, cancellations, or exchanges of tickets unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by The Ashlar Club. Exchanges may be accepted at The Ashlar Club’s sole discretion, with prior notice and the provision of a replacement attendee’s details.

Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact The Ashlar Club directly should you have any issues with your transaction or event booking. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.

Please note that if you have a valid reason for a dispute, you may still be able to initiate a chargeback with your card issuer. However, we encourage you to first resolve any issues with us directly, as we value your satisfaction and aim to address any concerns efficiently.

In the event that a chargeback is initiated, we will work with your payment provider to provide necessary documentation and clarify any issues regarding the transaction.

Privacy and Information Sharing

By purchasing tickets for The Ashlar Club’s meals, you consent to the collection and storage of personal information such as your name, email address, mobile number, dietary requirements, billing address, and other details necessary for booking and verification purposes. By booking tickets for guests, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share this information with The Ashlar Club and that they are aware of our privacy policy, cookie policy, and refund policy.

Liability

The Ashlar Club is not responsible for any personal or financial damages that occur at the venue or in its car park. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items during the event. Financial reimbursement claims for such occurrences will not be entertained.

Final Terms

By purchasing tickets for a meal at The Ashlar Club, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. Should any dispute arise, The Ashlar Club will make the final decision, and where necessary, an independent third-party mediator will be sought.
